SOON: SENSE out of Non-sense:
a theology for simple souls
After a lifetime of figuring out how to share my God-Word (theo-logy) with my children, grandchildren, and people who have a hard time with the "five dollar words" that get defined in church catechisms, I've started to actually WRITE a 'theology without any five-dollar words'.
It will definitely have a Franciscan Flavor of God's irresistible love and redemption and borrow heavily from the writings of Francis and Clare. Finding my own images for the holy Trinity and the 'two natures' of Christ through meditative searching over five decades, I perceive a 'call' to Tell the Story by means of metaphor, parable, and story. After all, that's how Jesus taught 'what the reign of G*D is like'!
